Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14, Episode 10 Recap: Confessions, Careers, and Chaos

Welcome back to our Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14, Episode 10 recap. In this week’s episode, titled “Inner Piece of My Mind,” Margaret finally owns up to her poorly spoken words, while Melissa and Teresa celebrate major milestones within their respective careers. As far as the drama goes, there’s a lot. Catch what we mean now via this RHONJ Season 14, Episode 10 recap.

That “golden p” and the truth

Melissa and Joe take Mel’s mom out. She’s a widow, so they’re concerned about her well-being. Her mom is dating again, but she doesn’t want to live with her new man. Melissa and Joe tell her that the “power of the p” might make this man want to be with her, but her mom shuts them down, laughing about the “golden p.”

Melissa is also nervous about her upcoming Envy fashion show, in an excited kind of way.

Across town, Margaret is ready to make amends with Dolores. “This whole Jackie” thing is coming between them, as last week further proved. So, she pops over to Dolores’ pad with a candle. As for Dolores’ peace offering, she’s got cans of Margaret’s Soirée lined up in her fridge, which Margaret happily accepts.

They first discuss Joe Benigno, who might have cancer. The waiting on this sucks, yet, it softens things just a bit.

Once this conversation ends, Dolores begins another. “She [Jackie] said you said horrible things about me and Paul [Connell],” Dolores began. “I know,” Margaret interjected, adding “and I have never … I was upset.”

The scene then flashes back to the night of the reunion for Season 13, showing that after, Teresa, Dolores, and Paul went out on the town. Jackie then sent Margaret a screenshot of that night, making her sad. Overall, Margaret thinks that Paul “prefers them over” her.

Dolores shoots this down. She notes that Margaret removed herself from their lives. But as Margaret explains, she just needed to take a break.

Dolores then asked if there was anything else that Margaret might have said. Marge admitted “Maybe one other thing I said when I was having my little fit of rage, if she were still with David Principe, this wouldn’t have happened.”

‘oop.

It’s called growth

Teresa isn’t “going to bat” for Danielle, and Danielle’s bothered. But she is very eager for her children. They are about to star in a music video for Kidz Bop. Nate invited her dad for her because she is still afraid of rejection.

Speaking of moving forward in life, Melissa’s fashion show is approaching. But the seating chart is hard AF to make.

Teresa is also celebrating the growth of her brand. She’s launching a live show for her podcast. Danielle cannot attend though, because it conflicts with her Kidz Bop gig.

That said, Danielle is attending Melissa’s Envy fashion show.

The ladies arrive for Melissa’s show. In her confessional, Danielle prepares for the arrival of Jennifer, stressing that she has nothing to say to her. She then says a lot, as the producers turn her quips into a fun little montage of mess.

Jackie and Margaret get into it, but Margaret doesn’t want to “go tit for tat” anymore, so their beef quickly fizzles out.

On a sad note, Frank’s not engaged, because his dog passed, making him need to cancel his trip with Brittany Mattessich.

Every cast member minus Jackie and Dolores received items from Envy to wear. Melissa must have forgotten to send them a few things. Jackie is annoyed. Dolores, however, is not.

Then, Margaret complimented Jennifer, and you guys, WE ARE BEING NICE NOW! Dolores also noticed, impressed with Margaret.

But then, the show starts, and Jennifer says that she’s not sure about Melissa’s concept. “A fashion show with clothes that are not your fashion … it doesn’t make sense.” She then goes for the kill in her confessional, noting that no men are walking the runway. “Probably because the person the alleged cheating happened with was a model in her show,” she says. Well, sh*t.

“The good Melissa”

Teresa’s podcast was once cohosted by Melissa Pfeister, “Not that evil bitch that my brother married.” (This podcast is already DOA because this Melissa also had a falling out with Tre).

Danielle’s Kidz Bop music video arrives. Sadly, her dad is a no-show. Thankfully, her kids still nailed their parts.

Back at Teresa’s show, she tells her cast that she has forgiven God. “Guys, if Teresa can forgive God, maybe we can all find a way to forgive,” Jenn Fessler states. Yet, Jennifer doesn’t plan on ever speaking to Danielle. As if on cue, Danielle arrives.

Jennifer makes the rounds, putting Danielle down at random. Danielle stands back, scoffing.

The lights dim, and Tre reads from her diary, crying. “Family is sacred,” she begins, as the rest gets cut. Teresa’s show wraps and the drama begins.

Since they’re in a cathedral, Danielle tells Jennifer that she’s “shocked it didn’t burn down with your ass in it.” Teresa jumps in to fix it, but Jennifer firmly states, “No Teresa. The answer is no.” In her confessional, Jennifer explains that it’s “extremely hurtful” that Teresa isn’t backing her.

While leaving, Danielle leans in, telling Jennifer “By the way. You look like sh*t.” Clapping back, Jennifer says “So do you, clown.”

Danielle leaves, and Jennifer gets riled up, yelling about how she cannot appease her costars, since she cannot make up with someone who acts like this. Jennifer’s heat gets a bit too hot though, so Dolores steps in, as Episode 10 comes to a close. Welcome, Mrs Paterson.
