On Season 8 of Summer House, we’re all preparing to watch the epic breakup between Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke. In real life, Lindsay has already moved on from her defunct engagement. She has a boyfriend, and her Summer House co-star, Danielle Olivera, recently dished on the new romance.
Although no one is looking to Danielle for relationship advice, an inquisitive Watch What Happens Live viewer asked Danielle about Lindsay’s new lover. For what it’s worth, Danielle gave him the stamp of approval — especially in the looks department.
Good-looking and gainfully employed
According to Danielle, Lindsay has rebounded in the best way possible. She said that Lindsay and the new guy are happy together. Although she hadn’t met the mystery man, she raved about his good looks.
“I haven’t met him, but I’ve seen pictures,” Danielle revealed before taking a not-so-subtle swipe at Carl.
Danielle added, “Very good-looking, has a job — a good one. You know, she’s happy, and that’s all that matters.”
Although Danielle had good things to say about Lindsay’s new boo, she didn’t hesitate to share a little bit of criticism about how Lindsay handled things with Carl. Just like everyone at home, Danielle said that watching Lindsay’s attack on Carl’s employment status didn’t feel great.
“I think she was trying to push him and motivate him but did it in the exact wrong way by questioning almost his manhood,” Danielle explained. “So, that’s not the way to motivate.”
As Lindsay heads into this new relationship, we’re hopeful that she can learn from those mistakes she made in her relationship with Carl. As long as the new guy keeps those good looks and those good paychecks, he probably won’t have much to worry about. Fingers crossed this guy is the one.
