The Real Housewives of Potomac is going through a reported cast shake-up. If you’re among the crop of fans hoping to see Omarosa from The Celebrity Apprentice, you’d better keep dreaming.
The reality TV star, known for her iconic feuds with Piers Morgan, LaToya Jackson, and Bad Girls Club’s Tanisha Thomas, would likely stir up trouble with the current cast. However, she told TMZ she’s far too busy to join the hit franchise.
The House of Villains contestant explained she wouldn’t be able to film while studying law at Southern University in Louisiana. The former White House staffer said she’s not opposed to holding a flute in the future. However, the timing would have to be right.
Who’s coming back for the next season of RHOP?
Part 1 of RHOP’s Season 8 reunion aired on March 31. Watchers saw the continuation of Gizelle Bryant’s beef with Candiace Dillard Bassett. After two seasons of going back and forth with one-half of the Green-Eyed Bandits, Candiace bowed out before the season concluded.
“As I embark on a new chapter after six remarkable years with The Real Housewives of Potomac, I am filled with gratitude for the enriching friendships, personal growth and moments of introspection that have defined this journey,” Candiace said.
She continued, “With a whirlwind of new opportunities and responsibilities on my plate, I have decided to take a break from RHOP.”
Speaking of the GEB, rumors also stated that Robyn Dixon would be axed following Season 8, too. Fans have continued to hold her feet to the fire after hiding her marital problems with Juan Dixon during an earlier season.
According to newbie Nneka Ihim, it would “be wise to keep” Robyn around for another season. “I genuinely and sincerely love Robyn. She is a phenomenal person, she’s a great friend,” Nneka said.
