Of course, any move that Kim and her lawyers can make has the potential to be a good move. Since the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star is in dire straits, she’ll likely do anything she can if it means she might save a bit of money. As headlines over the last year have reported, Kim and Kroy Biermann remain in a tight spot.
The former Don’t Be Tardy stars have battled over financial issues across their lengthy divorce. Considering all that’s gone down between them, Kim’s most recent legal move makes some sense.
Kim wants depositions for Chanel and Guven Fine Jewelry reps
On March 27, RadarOnline learned that Kim’s lawyer fired off subpoenas to the likes of Chanel and Guven Fine Jewelry. Kim demanded depositions from reps of the high-end brands. As mentioned, the reason for the subpoenas is currently unknown. However, one might assume Kim’s team is hoping for clarification on past purchases.
Given the recent financial blows against Kim, it would only make sense for her to want to recoup some losses. It was only recently that we reported on Target forcing Kim to pay up after her default judgment. The court documents revealed that Kim owed just under $2,500 on her Target card, having stopped her payments in 2022. This is among Kim’s smaller financial woes comparatively.
On top of many recent losses, Kim could also do better when it comes to saving. Fans were ready to slam Kim when she posted a video on Instagram of her trip to a med spa. She showed her followers how she was keeping up with her Botox and facial fillers. As one commenter put it, “That should be the least of your worries.”
