It’s not a great time to be Renee Graziano! The Mob Wives star has witnessed her father going back to prison thanks to her ex-husband, and now she’s facing quite a hefty lawsuit. Nope, it’s not a good day to be Renee…
As you all know, Renee was hoping to reconcile with her ex Hector “Junior” Pagan, but he was only getting close to her so that he get even closer to her father…while wearing a wire. Now, Renee’s father Anthony Graziano has been sentenced to nineteen months for receiving illegal debts. In true Graziano fashion, he was cracking jokes and laughing during sentencing, causing both the judge and his wife to scold him.

The New York Post reports that Anthony will only have to serve eleven more months, as the judge is giving him credit for time served. The judge believed the sentence to be “reasonable in light of the serious conduct,” taking into consideration Anthony’s criminal history. For his part, Anthony asked the judge to transfer him to another prison, saying, “Can I get outta [the Manhattan Detention Center] fast? They’re killing me in there.”
Anthony also apologized to his wife for “causing her such pain and grief” and to his grandchildren, stating, “I am sorry to leave you again. Grandpa loves you all.”
As if her father’s incarceration wasn’t enough to send Renee over the edge, the reality television star has now been slapped with $77 million defamation lawsuit. Yowswers. Plastic surgeon Andrew Klapper is suing Renee for tarnishing his reputation by claiming her botched her body lift (which was captured on the VH1 hit), as well as alleging in a radio interview that he was “found guilty of killing a woman.”
Dr. Klapper has enlisted a well-known mob attorney to take on his case. His lawyer tells the New York Daily News, “[Renee] has been on a media campaign to destroy this man’s professional reputation and she has succeeded. His practice has diminished considerably in the last year.”
Klapper is alleging that Renee filed a false report with the licensing board and never paid him for her procedures. Renee, not shockingly, had no comment.
