The Southern Charm reunion can’t have been easy for Austen Kroll, who had to talk extensively about his past transgressions, but that may all be in the past for him now as he shared that he is seeing someone now and that she is not a Charleston local. Just as well, honestly.
After all, things got quite messy during his past romantic entanglements with both Olivia Flowers and Taylor Ann Green. On Watch What Happens Live, he opened up to Andy Cohen about his dating life update and more of his past.
Who is Austen Kroll dating?
Admittedly, the fire has hardly died down in the Olivia-Taylor situation, but it seems like Austen has moved on regarding his love life. When asked about dating on WWHL, he confirmed that there was someone new in his life.
“I am seeing someone right now, yeah,” he teased. And this time, unlike Olivia and Madison LeCroy, his new lady is not a local of Charleston.
But he kept mum on all other details, including how they met or where she was based. Considering everything else happening, this is probably a good idea.
He also opened up about his past “situation” with Summer House’s own Lindsay Hubbard in the wake of her recent breakup with Carl Radke.
Before Austen got together with Olivia and later with Taylor, he shared a connection with Lindsay. They had an off-camera fling, but their relationship was complicated at best during filming for the first season of Winter House and the sixth season of Summer House.
Though the end of the “situationship” meant that the two weren’t on good terms for a while, Austen revealed that things are back on track and normal in their friendship. And he clarified that that’s the way he intended to keep it.
“Lindsay and I are platonic friends, and we want to keep it that way,” Austen explained. “Not friends with benefits.”
