The next season of Pump Rules is somehow shaping up to be messier than ever. Vanderpump Rules is entering a post-Scandoval world and no friendship is safe. Lala Kent, as always, is rumored to stir things up with her co-stars, even those she calls her friends.
Lala had some choice words for Ariana Madix in the VPR Season 11 trailer. However, we didn’t see much of her dynamic with the rest of the SUR crew. Katie Maloney recently appeared on Nick Viall’s The Viall Files to tease fans ahead of the premiere. Specifically, she hinted that she and Lauren from Utah might have a bump in their relationship road.
Katie vs. Lala?
Katie bluntly proclaimed that she and Lala had a “tougher time” during Pump Rules Season 11. “Not that our friendship was strained but like there was a bit of a strain,” Katie said. Is this Tequila Katie talking? Because I cannot compute.
She added that an underlying issue led to the two friends having a “short fuse with one another.” Lala pretty much always has a short fuse with anyone, but Katie isn’t her usual target these days. But again, Pump Rules post-Scandoval is an entirely new beast.
Despite teasing some drama, Katie had nice words to say about Lala while she was in the hot seat. “[Lala’s] got like such a big heart like she really does like care,” Katie said. So it wasn’t friendship-ending stuff, but there’s some trouble ahead on Pump Rules for everyone. The crew knew we needed to keep the momentum up after last year’s wild ride, and they’re off to a great start.
