American Horror Story Star Emma Roberts Shares Her Take on Luann de Lesseps’ Eggs a la Francaise

Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy viewers received a real treat when Luann de Lesseps made her famous “eggs a la francaise” once again. Of course, her famous recipe has its detractors.

As Sonja Morgan said, “Somebody needs to tell Luann that a La Francaise is just scrambled eggs.” Still, there was one viewer in particular who was all too happy to see the eggs return – Emma Roberts.

Emma is no stranger to the world of reality TV, having worked with the likes of Kim Kardashian on American Horror Story. As it turns out, Emma isn’t just a coworker of reality TV stars, but also a fan. She gave Luann a shoutout on Christmas morning.

On December 25, Emma shared a reel on her Instagram with the caption, “Christmas a la Countess,” tagging Luann, further writing, “inspired by my new obsession #RHONY Legacy on [Peacock].” She also stressed the post was “not an ad.” As she prepared her Christmas breakfast, she said, “Cracking the eggs for the famous Real Housewives!”

Emma also stressed the importance of using a saucepan rather than a frying pan “for all my Real Housewives watchers out there.” She stirred her eggs, trying her best to mimic Luann exactly and get the mashed potatoes consistency. “I’m impressed,” she said as the eggs started to turn out. “These are hotel-quality eggs,” she joked.

Keeping in line with the spirit of Sonja, one commenter wrote, “So it’s just scrambled eggs then???” But all in all, the post received positive reactions, with many pleased to find out that Emma was a Bravo fan, and others just happy to see some good-looking eggs. As one user wrote, “Emma [Roberts] made scrambled eggs.. so I made scrambled eggs.”

Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy continues Thursdays, streaming on Peacock.
