Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have a heavily used and possibly haunted with bad vibes McMansion in Georgia to sell. Complete with furnishings seemingly supplied by the set of Showgirls – now you too can live just like a retired dancer on the Sunset Strip who has seen too much!
Don’t get too excited. I’m not sure Kimbo will give up her incredibly tasteful furniture and accessories. But she might sell them to you for twice their retail value. That said, there’s still some good news – the McMansion of Sorrows formerly priced to sit there forever at $6 million has received a drop. TMZ has the scoop.

Much like Kroy tried to unload Kim and wasn’t successful, he’s having the same amount of luck with the house. This is what happens when you put a high price tag on something gaudy, weak in the foundation, and nickel and dimes you to death, but isn’t worth that much overall. I guess Kroy picks his homes like he picks his wives.
While the Don’t Be Tardy alums are in the middle of a second divorce process, getting the house sold would help immensely. For whatever reason, the real estate agent originally listed the McMansion way overpriced. Now it’s been reduced by $500k and it’s still way overpriced.
The home, which has enjoyed frequent visits by the police department, has been on the market since October and it looks like it’s going to stay there. I’m surprised the neighbors surrounding Kim and Kroy’s crib haven’t all pooled their money to buy the property and get them the hell out.
Unfortunately knocking off half a mil might not help because comps in the area are much lower. It’s expected the listing will further reduce before it sells. In the interim, instead of getting jobs, Kim and Kroy continue to sell designer items to unsuspecting folks online. Those fans buying Kim’s stuff need to do some research before spending $15k on a used bag worth maybe $500.
At this time, Kim and Kroy’s divorce is still on and they are in mediation.
