Yesterday we shared the police bodycam footage of the latest battle between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann. For review, the Don’t Be Tardy alums are broke, horrible, and consistently traumatizing their children.
Once again I have to wonder how CPS hasn’t gotten involved. Kim and Kroy have called in law enforcement multiple times to referee their obnoxious issues – but this time was different. The 911 call came from inside the house, but one of the minor kids was phoning it in.
Now a new disturbing detail has been released and honestly, something needs to be done to help those kids. They’re literally trapped between two selfish parents, seemingly teetering on the edge of madness and narcissism. Entertainment Tonight obtained the police report and has the details.
Another “verbal domestic disturbance,” or was it?
Kim and Kroy need to grow up, get jobs, and stop putting their spawn in such hellish situations. The incident report from the Milton Police Department and the event report from the Alpharetta Police Department had some shocking specifics.
One of the kids called 911 regarding a “verbal domestic disturbance” at the McMansion of Sorrows. Per the report, officers arrived on scene after 7 PM. The call from a “juvenile” “advised his dad was hitting his mom.” Well, this is just f-ing great.
The officer asked Kroy what was going on and Kroy said it didn’t matter “because nothing will happen just like last time.” Fool, you can leave but you don’t. The responding officer additionally said Kroy was “verbally combative.” At that point, Kroy yelled at the cop and told him he didn’t have consent to enter the McMansion.
The report continued, ”I attempt to explain to Kroy we have a lawful reason to be within the home as we were conducting an investigation due to a crime being alleged. Kroy continues to be verbally combative as I walk past him and into the kitchen of the home to speak with several juveniles.” Y’all remember this the next time Kim and Kroy trot the kids to Chili’s because there’s nothing to see here …
The things these kids have been through…
Apparently one of the kids told the officer “his parents were arguing and yelling at each other” and “it looked like Kroy may have hit [Kim.]” The poor kid added Kroy “put his hand into her face … with his fingers extended.” This child then had to tell cops “It was more in the way of telling her to stop talking or get away from him.”
Further details in the document say Kimbo and Kroy had been arguing all day over “random things.” She was also pissed because Kroy allegedly “took her jewelry and may have sold it.” Kim confirmed this was not a physical situation and no violence occurred. Just another day in the life of a dumpster fire.
