It almost seems like Shannon Beador is currently living through a chaotic, un-filmed ancillary season of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Obviously, there was her DUI/hit-and-run and all of the aftermath. But, there’s also been a recurring co-star in some of her off-season drama: RHOC alum, Alexis Bellino.
On the September night when Shannon was arrested, she was out at a bar a few hours beforehand, and someone allegedly overheard her bitching about Alexis.
And just this past weekend, Alexis and Shannon’s recent ex, John Janssen, were seen together at the notorious OC restaurant, The Quiet Woman. Shannon undoubtedly has feelings about this, considering the confusing and tumultuous nature of her and John’s relationship and her purported dislike of Alexis. Yesterday, she seemingly alluded to those feelings in an Instagram post.
Shannon Beador’s trying to work through her many “hurts”
In a move that screams “I’m totally unbothered,” Shannon graced us with two photos showcasing her newfound glow, clad in a black long-sleeve minidress, tights, and black stilettos.
Shannon shared her wisdom in the caption, writing “A good laugh heals a lot of hurts.” Because nothing says “I’m working on myself,” like a perfectly coordinated outfit and feigned laughter in an Instagram post.
Did seeing Alexis and John out together hurt Shannon?
Shannon’s caption was cryptic, but her timing was telling. She posted it just one day after Alexis and John were together on Sunday at The Quiet Woman. A friend of Alexis posted an Instagram carousel of pics from the night. One snap was of John and Alexis sitting next to each other smiling. To be fair, it was a group photo, but it appeared that John and Alexis were very comfortable with each other.
Neither Shannon nor Alexis have uttered a word about the cozy snaps with John or their respective feelings about it.
Where’s Andy and a camera while all of this is going down? Alexis recently gave the impression that she’d never say never to a return to RHOC. It looks like she’s really stirring it up on the sidelines, if Shannon’s vague Instagram post is any indication. Maybe Alexis is the shake-up the show needs. But, John better watch out, he’s definitely got a big [Shannon] Storm[s Beador] coming!
