Kroy Biermann Accused of Blowing off Another Debt Lawsuit Before Luxury Anniversary Dinner

What is money? Well don’t ask Kroy Biermann and definitely don’t ask his wife. Who knows what’s really going on with Kroy and Kim Zolciak, but one thing is for sure, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alums don’t pay their bills.

While Kim struts around with a new vagina and their home balances between foreclosure and the auction block, the couple decided to celebrate their wedding anniversary amid divorce proceedings. But before that fabulous event could take place, Kroy had to blow off another lawsuit. Radar has the scoop.

Living in an alternate universe

I guess Kroy doesn’t follow social media that teaches him how to manage money. Maybe he should. Kim and Kroy are obviously living on a timeline that does not involve paying creditors. They are massively in debt and the debt keeps growing, much like Kroy’s new manly facial hair. Along with American Express, Target, BMW Financial, a casino, and the IRS, now Discover Card wants a word with Kroy.

While Kroy made a toast to the woman he’s divorcing (this week) over a romantic dinner, new court docs show Discovery Bank would very much like a default judgment against Kroy for a mere $11,275.

Back in July of this year, Kroy was sued by Discover over not paying his balance. He was accused of making zero payments towards his debt though the company requested action multiple times. Now Discover filed a civil suit and wants the entire unpaid amount.

Xbox and Uber Eats …

Thankfully, there was an itemized list of transactions attached to the court docs and it showed Kroy likes to spend money on important things like Xbox games and Uber Eats. It’s safe to say Kroy did not use his Discover card to pay for his fancy anniversary dinner with Kim.

On the bright side, the lawsuit by Discover is nothing compared to the $1 million Kim and Kroy owe the IRS. How all of their funds aren’t frozen by now is a miracle. Despite voluntarily paying none of their bills or obtaining money to pay said bills, Kim and Kroy have whined to the courts that they will be “homeless” if their McMansion is auctioned off.

At this time, the divorce remains in progress but will probably be called off by Wednesday, knowing these two.
