Brandi Glanville is one of the most notorious women to ever be on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Like it or not, she’s responsible for some of the juiciest storylines that have ever been on RHOBH. She made her debut in Season 2 as a friend of Lisa Vanderpump. It became clear early on that she was being used by LVP to spread gossip about Adrienne Maloof using a surrogate. In later seasons, Brandi and Adrienne made up and Brandi slapped LVP across the face.
Brandi is known for other wildly inappropriate antics like throwing wine in Eileen Davidson’s face. Most recently she’s famous for claiming to have sex with Denise Richards. Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, and Erika Jayne were horrible about the whole thing. But perhaps Brandi is most famous for her backstory. It’s been repeated over and over again since 2008 – so why not see how long it can last?
Brandi just wrote an article for The Sun, detailing the affair between ex-husband, Eddie >Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes, 13 years ago. As though we forgot. “He shot a movie with country singer LeAnn Rimes, 38, in 2008,” she begins. “I could tell they were attracted to each other, though her husband was right there and I was right there too. Then one day, I ran to the grocery store and pictures of Eddie and LeAnn making out in a restaurant were plastered across magazine Us Weekly.” Is this taken straight from Drinking and Tweeting?
The thing that should be underscored in all this has to do with Eddie being a world class gas-lighter. “They were sucking on each other’s fingers in the footage yet he was telling me nothing was happening. It was insane,” she writes. “I asked him if he loved LeAnn. He said he didn’t — he wanted to be with me forever and for us to go for counselling.”
Then, Brandi reminds us, “Eddie told me he had stopped seeing LeAnn but I knew he was lying. All the magazines started calling me, telling me he had been seen on a motorcycle with her. He had still been seeing her behind my back for the few months we’d been in counselling together.” Eddie is a total douche, telling Brandi and LeAnn anything to ensure one of them would stay with him.
Brandi then shares how she channeled most of her anger towards LeAnn rather than Eddie, “one time, before they were married, I walked up to a soccer game and Jake, who was two, was sitting in her lap. I had this rage in my body. I really wanted to kill her. I walked over to her, grabbed Jake and I looked at her and said: “I will f***ing murder you.”
Today, Brandi says they’re all in a good place. “I love LeAnn, who married Eddie in 2011. She’s great and we all hang out together. I’ve forgiven her…Eddie and I still squabble, but it’s like the three of us are doing the parenting — it’s nice to have a third person and she’s usually on my side.” Brandi even stated just days ago that she and LeAnn are like sisterwives.
Brandi must need a check, because why else would she write a story we’ve all heard before? And after she just shared good things about the kids’ stepmom? If that’s the case, I’m upset for Brandi. This cheating scandal was obviously humiliating, but what’s more is that Bravo doesn’t pay her for serving up all of the story on RHOBH– and they should.
