Netflix and Selling Sunset really broke the mold in reality real estate TV. This series is a nice switch up from other longstanding shows like Million Dollar Listing. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, if you haven’t watched this Selling Sunset yet, get on it! The primarily female cast swept people away with not one, but TWO season drops during the pandemic. A binge-watcher’s dream. The show is also set to begin filming season four this spring. You still have time to catch up!
Fans can expect to see Christine Quinn, Chrishell Stause, Heather Rae Young, Amanza Smith, and Mary Fitzgerald back on their screens next season. In the meantime, the women have been keeping the drama flowing with uncomfortable break-ups, Vanderpump Rules shenanigans, and commentary on The Firm. Did I mention you need this show in your life?
It seems the creator of Selling Sunset has heard the cry of fans for more. Netflix announced this week that they will be airing a series featuring the Black women who work at Allure Realty in Florida. People shared the statement which read, “Along the Florida coast, Allure Realty stands out among the crowd. Owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, this all Black, all female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast,” And I have my eyes set on my app for this!
Netflix also revealed, “Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage and won’t let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality.” Meanwhile Sharelle has eagerly posted her excitement to begin filming to her Instagram. I’m already certain this will be much less cringe than the ex-boyfriend-turned-boss dynamic Selling Sunset has been feeding viewers.

The statement from Netflix also teased, “These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate.” This bodes well. If these women are anything like the elaborately regal stylings of Christine, we’re in for a treat.
As of now, the series is currently untitled. There is also no release date set. I guess we’ll just have to keep watching the Selling Sunset cast get messy until we know more.
