By now we’re probably all used to the off-camera tweaks and updates the women of Bravo fit in between seasons. I think Vicki Gunvalson has had a new face nearly every year. Some reality stars, like Lala Kent are open about their procedures. Others, like Ramona Singer, still like to pretend their 60+ year old melanin-deficient skin just magically stopped aging somewhere along the way.
It will probably surprise no one that Leah McSweeeney of Real Housewives of New York is nothing but bluntly honest about her recent procedure.
Leah posted about her Christmas season breast lift and augmentation on Instagram. Though she keeps the new girls out of the shot she is not shy about sharing her recent surgery. Her caption reads, “As I lay here for days recovering from my Xmas boob lift and augmentation…all I can wonder is how the f the Kardashians find the time to recover from all their work.”
Referencing her outfit in the photo Leah also wrote, “(yes it’s a skims velour suit and it feels like heaven).” Of course, SKIMS is none other than Kim Kardashian West’s line.

Leah’s caption continued, “The other thing is…I can’t wait to show off the new and improved girls.” Leah shared the info of her doctor and then added a final note, “PS. If you are going to leave judgmental shaming type comments just know I already deal with Bunny [McSweeney] regularly and it won’t phase me.” Haters need not apply.
Of course, Leah’s announcement was met with much love and support from some of our favorite bravo-lebs. Sonja Morgan said “Awesome. Go Girl.” Former Housewife Tinsley Mortimer shared three kissing face emojis. One for Leah and one for each of her ta-tas? Whitney Rose wrote “Congrats babe!” And little-miss-new-bubbies herself, Margaret Josephs said, “Congrats!!! I did just a lift and it’s life changing. Can’t wait to see your gorgeous new melons.”
Fans also had a lot to say in the comments. One wrote, “I love that you’re completely open about your cosmetic work. I’ve never understood the need to hide it. When I had mine done I wanted EVERYONE to see them.” Leah replied “Word!”
Another fan asked, “How big did you go with the size?” to which Leah said, “Same size! C cup!” Another commented, “Love this for you but still have nothing but hate in my heart for the Kardashians” and Leah replied, “I have mixed feelings, but they have proven themselves to be forced. Wish they were more forthcoming about all the work but at the same time it’s their biz.”

A stray Karen follower also asked, “Why do you need all these enhancements?” The Bunny trained Leah sassed back, “No one ‘needs them.’ Just like no one needs a Bentley.” YUP.
Newest RHONY Housewife Eboni K. Williams added, “Rest up Babe!!! We’re hitting the ground running in 2021.” Ooooh can’t wait to watch!
