During the last Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season, Denise Richards‘ biggest issue with her cast members was wearing casual shorts while all the other Housewives were dressed to the nines for a “low key” gathering at a hotel room in the Bahamas.
Of course, she, her husband Aaron Phypers, and their daughters also dealt with the aftermath of the California wildfires that damaged their home. But, other than that, Denise’s rookie season was a pretty easy one for her. But, you know what they say though, “when it rains it pours.” Denise is reportedly on the outs with her RHOBH costars for missing cast events due to her “busy acting schedule.” Rumors are running rampant about alleged sexual encounters between Denise and Brandi Glanville. And now, Denise and her husband Aaron are getting sued for trashing a Los Angeles rental property…. allegedly.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Denise and Aaron leased a Los Angeles home together on July 22, 2018, and signed a lease that included a specific clause about the pets they were allowed to have inside of the home.
The lawsuit says that Denise agreed there “would house no animals on the property other than two pot-bellied pigs and three dogs.” She and Aaron also promised to “safeguard the property, keeping it clean and sanitary, would pay for all damage to the property caused by tenants or pets.” Apparently, that’s not what happened though.
