Surprise, surprise, Vicki Gunvalson doesn’t like the new girl.
Over the past fourteen years, the OG of the OC has become famous for her unapologetic hazing of new cast members on The Real Housewives of Orange County, and it looks like Braunwyn Windham-Burke is no exception.
In a new interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Vicki opened up about her relationship with the RHOC newbie, which got off to a rocky start at Tamra Judge‘s housewarming party early this season. And if Queen Victoria’s comments are any indication, things between her and Braunwyn won’t be getting better any time soon.
“It’s very interesting to have Braunwyn have anything to say about me,” she said during the interview. “I’ve spent less than two hours with this woman, and I have no idea who she is.”

Vicki was particularly miffed by the rookie’s assessment of her in this week’s episode of RHOC. (Among other things, Braunwyn labeled her “reactive” and “very insecure” during a dinner with her mom Dr. Deb and fellow ‘Wives Tamra, Shannon Beador and Kelly Dodd.)
“She’s into saying anything she can right now to stay relevant and to cause problems with me,” the (unjustly) demoted Friend of the Housewives countered. “Truthfully, I don’t really care what she thinks of me. And [in] regards to me being insecure, my answer is yes I agree with her. Aren’t we all to some extent?”

Ah, when in doubt, just whip out the the old relevance trope. According to The Daily Dish, Vicki also labeled Season 14’s new girl “a troublemaker” and “a liar” before sending a not-so-subtle message to her latest frenemy.
“I really don’t have much in common with her and she hasn’t been too nice to me,” she concluded. “So truthfully, she needs to stay in her lane right now. I’m keeping my distance on purpose and still trying to figure her out.”

And while Braunwyn may have gotten on the OG’s bad side, she seems to have plenty of other pals in the OC, including Vicki’s longtime pal Jeana Keough! Considering that Vicki admitted on Tuesday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live that she had just spoken to her Coto de Caza neighbor the night before, could it be possible for Jeana to help these two mend fences?
