The newest Real Housewives of Potomac cast member Candiace Dillard has been planning her wedding to Chris Bassett throughout the show’s current season.
Now that she has spent a lot of time with her fellow Housewives, which ones will actually make the cut when it comes to her wedding guest list? Apparently Candiace is still sorting that all out, but there is one Potomac Housewife that she is definitely not inviting.
During an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Candiace described whittling down the guest list as “the most stressful part” of wedding planning.
Candiace also said that Gizelle Bryant is the only Potomac Housewife that is definitely not on the list. She explained, “My life is my life, whether I’m showcasing it for the world to see on Potomac or I’m just living in a hole under a mountain somewhere. My wedding is such a sacred and special time for me.”
Even so, that doesn’t mean that she is automatically inviting all of the other cast members besides Gizelle. Candiace shared, “I know for sure, of course, Monique [Samuels] will be there. Ashley [Darby] is such a messy boot, but I love Ashley, so she will be there. And she’s been very supportive of me in planning the wedding. And Karen [Huger], of course, is my girl. She mothers me in the most beautiful way. So of course I want Karen to be there. But really, outside of that, I don’t know. I don’t know what the future holds for the rest of these ladies. But I know one thing: I will not be paying a dime for haters to sit at the table at my wedding.”
The only other full-time cast member that Candiace didn’t mention is Robyn Dixon. Candiace and Robyn do seem to enjoy each other’s company, but Robyn is best friends with Gizelle so she might not even go if she did get an invite. And then there’s “Friend of the Housewives” Charrisse Jackson-Jordan who Candiace does not get along with at all. It would be safe to assume that she won’t be invited, but then again, these Housewives friendships are known to change rapidly.
