As the Real Housewives of Potomac comes to a close, it’s clear that most of the cast is gunning for Karen Huger. Charrisse Jackson-Jordan had beef with her over hosting a Bermuda trip, which is a dumb and boring story line, and now everyone is coming at the self-proclaimed Grand Dame of Potomac for her mysterious real estate situation.
The finale is approaching and the preview shows Ashley Darby leading the cast to come at Karen for her shady finances. As per usual, Karen is acting like she isn’t bothered by any of these people and their antics.
In an interview with AOL, Karen made it clear that she thinks everyone else is instigating controversy on this show and she’s not actually causing any issues.
Karen said, “I’ll say that the thing I learn the most when I’m watching the girls is that you really don’t have a problem with me, but you want one. That was a little disheartening, and it doesn’t concern me. I don’t lose sleep over it, but I was still shocked by that.” I don’t know how long I could keep a straight face when someone is talking about how she has an arbitrary title that she made up herself all the time.
She also claims that Charrisse played the victim role during the Bermuda trip to turn the ladies against her. Karen declared, “That was total bull crap! Charrisse and I had a very genuine conversation, which she decided not to share with the girls. I couldn’t get mad at any of the girls, because they weren’t informed. My own mistake was trusting Charrisse to relay the message and share the conversation.”

Karen continued, “She knew about the baskets … she knew about everything! For her to say that … that was sad. But, I’m [past] that, too. It was funny and very childish. If you have to massage a situation to turn the other girls, it’s not a good look, and I don’t wear it. I’ll pass on that!”
None of these women seem sincere and this “Who hosted the trip?” plot line is so boring.
The conversation shifted to Ashley, who Karen attempted to mentor during the show’s first season. Karen said, “I think she wants to duel with everybody, because she’s going through something. I understand deflection, and I am a mature woman. She’s doing a good job, but her plate is full.” THE SHADE – obviously directed at Ashley’s marriage.
Karen said, “Ashley just loves to stir the pot, and I think it adds fun. It’s harmless, in a way, because she’s just asking the obvious. If you have a problem with it, you can just shut it down.” Which no one is going to do because there are no real story lines on this show.
TELL US – DO YOU THINK CHARRISSE REALLY KNEW ABOUT THE BASKETS IN BERMUDA? DOES ASHLEY STIR THE POT TOO MUCH OR DOES IT JUST MAKE THE SHOW INTERESTING?
