Asa Soltan Rahmati And Reza Farahan Talk Shahs Of Sunset Reunion; Can Mike Shouhed ‘Make It Right’ With The Group?

Shahs of Sunset reunion

Last night, the Shahs of Sunset reunion ended without Jessica Parido sitting in the hot seat, with Mike Shouhed agreeing to go out for post reunion drinks with the ‘friends’ who just trashed him for hours, and with some “to be continued … next season” nonsense.

Asa Soltan Rahmati and Reza Farahan shared their thoughts on Mike’s place in the group and the reunion as a whole with Bravo. When asked if Mike can “make things right” again, Asa said, “Mike can absolutely make things right with the group if he cares enough. We go way back. Our friendships are sacred.” If “if he cares enough” is code for “if he begs master Reza enough” and “sacred” is code for “dysfunctional,” then I totally agree.

Reza said Mike needs to drop the victim act and tame his wife before they can move forward. “If Mike adopted a more productive way of communicating ‘crew’ issues with Jessica, all of us could have a better relationship with her,” he said. “Unfortunately, Mike usually chooses to victimize himself when he tells stories, and of course she will feel for him and villainize us. As far as Mike is concerned, we will always work to mend our friendship.”

About the reunion as a whole, Reza attempted to justify his nasty behavior as a necessary evil that needed to happen in order to move forward, “The reunion got ugly, but all of us had things to get off of our chests. It was a purge and that had to happen to enable us to take the first steps towards a resolution.”

MIKE SHOUHED COMPARES HIMSELF TO A UNICORN

Asa focused on trust and honesty – as if the rabid dogs she surrounds herself with would understand such concepts. “I have hope coming out of the reunion. Real friendships (much like real love) can go through difficulties and come out the other end stronger. We have to keep an open heart and remember what we love about each other,” she said. “Honesty is the most important element in this process, because trust can only be built on honesty.”

Mike, who forbade Jessica to join the reunion in a pathetic attempt to keep his dirty dog ways a secret a little longer, wouldn’t know honesty if it bit him in the ass. And unless it’s gold plated and/or soaked in tequila none of the other fools would recognize it either. Nice try, though, Asa.
