Not everything had to do with Kimye over the weekend. Kim Kardashian's siblings were also making a few — not as large — headlines themselves. Kendall Jenner made a huge first purchase for any adult and Rob Kardashian seemed to be starting over via Twitter.
According to TMZ, Kendall Jenner is no longer going to be living under Kris nor Bruce Jenner's roof. The 18-year-old model just bought herself a fancy schmancy new apartment in Westwood. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with a gorgeous view of L.A. Kendall plunked down some hard earned modeling cash for it too. She put down enough on the $1,399,000, to only have to get a mortgage of $910,000. Momager Kris Jenner is listed on the apartment contracts, but we can guess that Kendall is the one making the payments.
This apartment is not just any apartment either, it has a 24-hour valet, a concierge and doorman, heated pool, fitness center, catering kitchen, social room, card room and wine storage. The amenities that Kendall is probably use to at her parents houses!
So while Kendall is purchasing her first home, brother Rob was making headlines for a different, more odd, reason.

I am sure by now you have heard that Rob Kardashian bailed on sister Kim's wedding to Kanye West because he did not want to have his picture taken. Rob has put on quite a few pounds over the last few years and has been getting photographed less and less. And I guess the photos from the wedding of the decade were just too much for him to handle. It's not like these photos will not be around forever or anything!
He was photographed returning to LAX, shortly after the couple exchanged vows at the Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy.
Perhaps this was Rob's low point? He seems to want to start over, or at least that is what he is portraying on Twitter. US Weekly is reporting that on Monday, May 26th, Rob deleted all of his previous tweets and changed his Twitter avatar.
After which, he started tweeting out positive messages to his more than 5 million followers.
"happy memorial day," he began. "Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD. Psalm 33:12. Lord Jesus, protect those who protect me- police, firefighters, and those in the military. Teach me to pray for them and to honor them for their service. Amen."
He wrapped up his message, writing, "GOD BLESS AMERICA."
Here's hoping this is a great new start for both Rob and Kendall!
