Could this finally be the end for Bethenny Frankel's on-going divorce and custody battle? It seems like Bethenny and her estranged husband, Jason Hoppy have been going at each other for years….Oh, wait. They have!

Bethenny and Jason separated way back in December 2012. Since then, they have been fighting over everything from their dream home to custody of their 4-year-old daughter Bryn. After months upon months of fighting back and forth, a judge finally ruled this week that a trial is set for next Wednesday. Everybody get ready, cause this could be nasty!

When we first learned of Bethenny and Jason's budding relationship on the Real Housewives of New York City, to me they really seemed like a match made in heaven. They both had careers and wanted a family. Fast forward to their first few years of marriage and parenthood and you could start to see the cracks. Bethenny was uncomfortable with how close Jason was to his parents. (How dare he be close to such nice people!!) And although he would probably never admit it, it seemed that Jason became uncomfortable as soon as Bethenny Frankel hit it big by selling Skinnygirl cocktails for over $100 million.

At first they seemed content to spend their newfound wealth. But these two quickly fell apart and most of it was captured by Bravo cameras. Remember when she left on a helicopter and he just walked away? Brutal!

There have been some changes since they separated. After months of being separated and living together, Bethenny finally moved out of their home. Then Bethenny was ordered to pay his lawyers $100,000 in fees. But these two cannot agree on what is best for their daughter. Now, it seems, that things are finally going to be settled.

A source confirmed to Radar Online that Bethenny is “taking the stand first thing Wednesday morning” in order to fight for the custody she wants of her child.

This may be what I found the most shocking: the source told Radar "the attorneys for the embattled couple did not file appropriate documents to keep the courtroom sealed and currently press will be allowed inside to observe the proceedings."

Everything has been a secret before, why allow cameras now? Weird.

Hoppy had been hoping to settle with his estranged wife, but the source said Frankel is refusing to settle.

Here's hoping these two can put their differences aside and realize they need to do what is best for their daughter, not them.

TELL US! DO YOU THINK THESE TWO SHOULD HAVE SETTLED THIS A LONG TIME AGO? ARE BOTH PARENTS BEST FOR BRYN?
