Surely Jenelle Evans deserves to have a courtroom (or at least a bathroom!) named in her honor at the Brunswick County Courthouse, right? The Teen Mom 2 star certainly spends enough time there. Her attorney Dustin Sullivan needs some kind of award!
Jenelle was back in court again Tuesday to face the heroin possession charges and assault claims (among others, of course!) that she and hubby Courtland Rogers were arrested for on April 23. This girl is never going to learn, and it's tragic.

According to Wet Paint, Dustin was able to get Jenelle's court date continued so she wan't convicted. Delaying the inevitable probably…
Dustin tells the site, "Her court date has been continued by the State of N.C. until July 1, 2013. I anticipate that she will be indicted before that court date. No new information was given but that is typical in felony cases still in district court for us."
Jenlle's lawyer explains that she will likely get indicted before that date, and she could stand trial in a Superior Court. However, Dustin is confident that "the truth will come out over time" and he cited how his client was "very professional while in court." Well, give that girl a medal!
Courtland has his own lawyer, and Dustin shares that his case was also continued. Jenelle's best defense is pinning all the blame on her on-again-off-again husband who is still sitting in jail with a $50,000 bond a probation violation involving reckless driving. He's a keeper!
TELL US-DO YOU THINK THAT JENELLE WILL BE FOUND GUILTY?
