Teresa Giudice sat down with PIX11 Morning News to talk cookbooks, family drama and of course that reality television show she's on.
"I didn't know what I was getting myself into," Teresa says of deciding to put her family on television for Real Housewives of New Jersey. "There's good and bad that comes with it." Teresa says her cookbook (and her new food line) are definitely the good.
The bad? Exposing all her personal issues to the world; including her financial messes, her marital troubles and her family dysfunction!
However, Teresa is adamant everything is "good" with Joe Giudice, as he prepares for his trial and that the girls are all doing well. "We've been married 13-years and still going strong," she maintains.

As for RHONJ, now heading into it's fifth season, Teresa says the drama is definitely high but it's not as negative as last season was.
"It's like a rollercoaster," Teresa explains, but promises it will "be more like season one." Teresa agrees that a lot of fans lost heart with the show after last season and told her they "didn't want to watch" anymore.
And one thing that is changing this season is relationships. "Everything's great with my brother and I – and his wife," Teresa says. "They're a package deal!"
Teresa also confirms that Kim D and Jennifer Dalton will be appearing as the Friends of the Housewives. "They're both great," she enthuses. Apparently everything is just great. Great! Great! Great! Teresa needs a thesaurus.
Moving on to her other job, as the Skinny Italian maven Teresa confirms she hopes her life (and career) will start to transition away from reality TV and more into the lifestyle empire she is creating. "Maybe desserts next," she hints at the next cookbook, however she is more focused on expanding her food line.
Speaking with Star Magazine about her new ventures – including Milania Hair Care – Teresa again echoed that this season is a blast from the past. "You’re going to see the old Teresa back. I’m in a really good place and everything’s really good," she shares.
"Third and fourth season were very hard for me so I just wanted to get settled. I got into working out a lot. I focused on that and cleared my mind. You’ll see my body has evolved this season. I’m all about being healthy and working out and doing a lot of yoga. I’m in a really good place," Teresa insists.
I so cannot see Teresa doing yoga! Have pigs started flying? Pigs named Juicy?

Teresa also says that Jacqueline Laurita, her new-old BFF, is a diehard fan of Milania Hair Care. Even if her enthusiasm may be fake!
Teresa just released her fourth cookbook Fabulicious: On The Grill and is busy promoting a new prepared food line, Skinny Italian Foods.
