Queen Bee Caroline Stanbury gave an apology tour on Real Housewives of Dubai Season 2, Episode 11. She made her rounds, apologizing to Lesa Milan and then again to her new bestie, Chanel Ayan. Ladies of London Caroline would never. It wasn’t just about the voice note drama but also about calling Lesa an escort last season. Some might call it growth, while others are surprised at Caroline’s apology. And that included Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp.
Teddi says Caroline’s apology tour is unexpected, but she’s here for it
During Season 1 of RHODubai, Caroline was up against the dynamic duo of Lesa and Ayan. Things came to a head when Lesa alleged Caroline’s husband, Sergio Carrallo, wrote some racist tweets. This prompted Caroline to accuse Lesa of being an escort. Does anyone have any popcorn?
Fast forward to Season 2, and Ayan is now besties with Caroline and is starting to fall out with Lesa instead. The shift came when Caroline dished about Ayan sharing a voice note from Sara Al Madani saying she didn’t like someone on the cast. Ayan felt Caroline threw her under the bus, and Lesa was livid at Ayan for betraying her trust.
It was time for damage control. Caroline met up with Lesa and explained there was no malice behind her sharing the voice note. Lesa then brought up the escort comment, and Caroline apologized for that as well. Then she apologized to Ayan again for the voice note. It was exhausting.
The Two Ts In A Pod hosts were perplexed about Caroline apologizing. Tamra said about Lesa, “Why are they bringing up the escort from last season? Why bring it up if you don’t want people to talk about it? Stanbury only called her an escort last season because she was provoked.”
Teddi responded, “But also Stanbury’s apology tour is not something I expected this season. But I’m here for it. She’s like, you know what? I didn’t really think about it.” Then Tamra gushed, “I absolutely love her,“ and Teddi agreed. While Tamra and Teddi might be Team Caroline, it’s going to take many more apologies for Lesa to hop on board that train.
