Sutton Stracke has been busy! Busy shutting down the rumor mill that is. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took to social media to address speculation that her store is in trouble and categorically stated that it’s not. And that things are just getting better.
Since opening her Sutton concept boutique in West Hollywood, fans have seen snippets of the store on the show and through social media. The store features a mix of vintage finds and modern pieces.
“I wanted to bring all my friends together,” she shared about her store’s concept. “Designers, jewelry designers, artists, everything. I wanted them all in one place.”
No trouble brewing for Sutton Stracke
And while the store appears to be thriving, some eagle-eyed fans are worried that it’s in trouble. One fan spotted a “For Lease” sign on the side of the building of the store in West Hollywood. And while that may not have anything to do with the store per se, others have noted that the store’s website currently says “Closed for the month of August 2024.”
These two signs combined have been making fans wonder if the store is having financial issues. And the rumor mill has been turning.
One fan suggested that perhaps theft in California could be behind the store’s problems. Another, though, said that the “For Lease” sign may not have anything to do with Sutton’s store at all.
And it certainly seems like it may be much ado about nothing. Sutton herself has addressed the rumors on her social media.
“I hear those streets are talking about my store…” she said in her caption. “If you want the real tea, just ask the pot.” She also posted a photo of herself posing in front of the store.
“Good things are coming! And I love (West Hollywood) and we are in this together,” she concluded, noting that both the boutique and her sustainable clothing line are “only getting better.”
Guess that goes to show that it pays to get your news straight from the source. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is currently streaming on Peacock.
