It’s starting to seem like Kyle Richards’ new favorite hobby is getting tattoos with those closest to her. So, it said a lot when her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, had lost count of how many she had on her body last season on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Some of Kyle’s tattoos drew speculation that they were an ode to her close friendship with musician, Morgan Wade. More recently, a TikTok posted by Sophia Umansky last week revealed that she, her mom Kyle, and her sister Farrah Aldjufrie decided to get some matching ink.
Kyle, Sophia, and Farrah got matching “Lucky” tattoos
Sophia posted a TikTok on Friday commemorating the mother/daughters occasion, captioning it, “Matching tattoos with mommy & Farrah Brittany.”
A remix of Rihanna declaring, “I’m in love. I’m obsessed, and I don’t even feel guilty about it” played while Kyle, Sophia, 24, and Farrah, 35, had a tattoo artist jab them in the comfort of their Beverly Hills mansion. The three then showed off their new art – the word “Lucky” scrawled on their rib cages.
A few days prior to the Friday tattoo reveal, Sophia posted a vlog that added more to the story. While speaking from home, Sophia shared, “My mom has some friends over. They’re getting tattoos down there and drinking wine and hanging out, so I’m going to go downstairs and join them.”
Only one friend was shown, and that friend just happened to be pop singer, Kesha. She was seen getting her forearm tatted with “Joy Ride,” presumably an homage to her new single, Joyride.
Kyle’s other daughters, Alexia, 28, and Portia, 16, weren’t shown joining in on any of the festivities.
Morgan didn’t seem to be there either. To be fair, she already has Kyle’s initials tattooed on her and seems to be rapidly running out of blank space for new tatts anyway.
Season 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to premiere in late 2024 or early 2025. Past seasons stream on Peacock.
