All the details of Tamra Judge and Simon Barney’s 2011 divorce settlement have surfaced. The Real Housewives of Orange County star and her ex signed the agreement on October 12, 2011.
Simon filed for divorce on August 5, 2010, accusing his then-spouse of being “verbally abusive” and committing acts of “disloyalty.”
Denying the claims, Tamra wrote on social media, “Thank you to everyone who understands and supports me. For the record, all accusations are false.” As part of the divorce agreement, Tamra promised not to disparage her ex on TV.

Simon and Tamra share three now-adult children: Sidney, 24, Spencer, 23, and Sophia, 18. After months of arguing, they were able to hash out a deal to share joint legal and physical custody of their kids, who were all minors at the time.
Under the terms of the agreement, neither party was required to pay child support directly to the other. “The parties shall each be responsible for the needs of the minor children during their respective period of physical custody,” the document read.
Simon agreed to pay for medical and dental insurance for their children, while Tamra helped out as needed. They both agreed to waive “now and forever, any and all rights to spousal support and/or maintenance, both temporary and permanent, and further do hereby release the other from any and all claims past, present and future for spousal support and/or maintenance.”
Simon kept all of the furniture, jewelry, clothing, and personal effects in his possession. He also kept all of his earnings following the date of separation, his 2002 Harley Davidson, and a 1987 Ferrari.
Tamra walked away with her personal furniture, jewelry, and clothing. She also kept all of her earnings following the breakup, including her RHOC paychecks, two bank accounts, and her website.
Simon agreed to pay off certain joint credit cards, while Tamra agreed to clear balances on her Nordstrom, Target, Sears, and other personal accounts.
In addition, Tamra agreed to clear their remaining 2008 and 2009 taxes. Both parties also agreed not to make any disparaging or derogatory remarks about the other in front of their children or to the public.
Moving forward
Tamra and Eddie Judge married in 2013, with Heather Dubrow and Vicki Gunvalson serving as bridesmaids. Heather’s husband, Terry Dubrow, stood up as a groomsman for Eddie.
In 2020, Simon was diagnosed with Stage 3 throat cancer. Once Tamra found out he was sick, she said any bad feelings between them “vanished.” Since then, they’ve been pulling “together as a family to get through this.” It’s got to be a comfort to their kids to see their parents getting along during this difficult time.
