When the newest Below Deck Mediteranean guest walked onboard, there was no need for an introduction. Anyone who is anyone knows Trishelle Cannatella, a reality TV veteran. And even though Chief Stew Aesha Scott may not have recognized Trishelle, viewers sure did. The veteran competitor has been busy these last few months, so it was nice to see her getting a break from the hustle and bustle of competition. With one more episode of her holiday to go, I am excited to see how Trishelle and her group end their trip. My guess is on a positive note. I was so happy to see her face on my small screen, but I wasn’t ready for such a delightful crossover.
Trishelle was polite
Not every charter guest who rents out a motor yacht is kind or polite. But Trishelle and her group of friends were far from the stuck-up, nuevo-rich clientele the crew is used to. Along for the ride were her close friends, Marsha Doll and Brittany Brower from America’s Next Top Model. The Traitors winner took to her Instagram to share some behind-the-scenes insight with fans.
The former The Challenge contestant wrote,” This season’s crew are not only beautiful humans, but they are fun, hilarious, intelligent, hard-working, and full of drama. Obviously, I can’t give spoilers, and I’m not sure yet when our episode date will be, but I will keep you posted.” I feel like it is extremely rare to have a charter guest openly thank the crew for all their hard work. It just goes to show how humble Trishelle is.
Trishelle Cannatella understands Reality TV
The blonde bombshell knows what makes for good TV—and well, she should since she is the OG of MTV. Trishelle first appeared on The Real World: Las Vegas. She was so popular that she made a name for herself and appeared on The Challenge All-Stars. The model always knew how to make friends and socialize well in the games. Viewers recently got a bird’s-eye view while she was on The Traitors as she schemed her way to the end.
So, it isn’t surprising that Trish knows exactly what fans want to see in a good charter episode. The group was high-energy and asked the crew to put on a fashion show. With the exception of Elena Dubaich, who was extremely tardy, everyone did well. Trishelle also made sure not to criticize too much, especially when her fellow charter guest wasn’t thrilled with their dinner. For the most part, Trishelle just sat back and enjoyed the ride.
The dress attire
The good Lord had to give me strength when I watched Trishelle on the most recent season of The Traitors, mainly because of all her silly berets. Trishelle dressed exactly like Ms. Peacock probably would in a modern remake of Clue. But I was pleasantly surprised when Trish only donned nautical-themed outfits. Not one beret graced her pretty blonde head this charter trip, and for that, I love her. Instead, she sported a 2000s disco ball dress, which I was actually living for.
The charter guests were friends with Trishelle Cannatella
What helped to make Trishelle a stand-out charter guest was that she and the other guests had history. Most of the time, you get a primary and their gaggle of circus monkeys. The Challenge star is super friendly with the primary, Brittany. Both have been on the reality TV scene since the early 2000s, but they first met while modeling. Each also worked with Marsha throughout their careers.
It was clear that Trishelle and the other guests were there together to celebrate the wins in life. While it can be entertaining to watch a real monster of a charter guest wreak havoc on those around them, sometimes it is nice to stop and smell the roses. Trishelle seems like the kind of TV star who doesn’t take her fame too seriously and wants to always put her best foot forward. Honestly, most charter guests could take a lesson or two out of her book of manners.
