Looks like Summer House alum Hannah Berner is representing a connection to Gen Z for Caribou Coffee. This summer, the coffeehouse brand is celebrating its new iced drink menu with a new online Gen Z dating show that Hannah is hosting!
The brand is excited to have the young comedian and reality TV star. She’s thrilled to be able to combine her love of bringing strangers together and energy drinks in the show.
Finding connections
The show is a six-episode TikTok series entitled “Dream Date: A Sip At Love.” In it, Hannah talks to several guests from all backgrounds and tries to get them to open up. In the process, she tries to spark genuine conversations, connections, and maybe love (or a summer fling, at the least)!
“I don’t know what I love more,” Hannah told Bake. “A good energy drink or forcing two strangers to answer personal questions! So when Caribou approached me with their idea for Dream Date, I knew it was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up!” She also admitted that the promise of unlimited Blue Raspberry Energy drinks didn’t hurt either.
Each short episode features two new contestants who sit down for a version of speed dating with Hannah at the helm. First, Hannah helps guide the conversation. Then, she helps determine whether the two are a dreamy match or a real pass.
The first episode aired in June, with subsequent episodes airing once a week throughout the summer. The drinks featured on the show are from Caribou’s latest drink menu innovations, which include energy drinks and fruit shakers. Hannah and her guests enjoy a wide variety of these drinks during the show.
“We had so much fun with this match-making experiment,” Hannah said. “I can’t wait for everyone to tune in and get inspired to search for their own sipsuationship at Caribou this summer.”
