Heather Dubrow is feeling confident about the upcoming Real Housewives of Orange County. And for the first time in a long time, Heather is happy to be back in business with Tamra Judge.
Heather and Tamra have something in common. They both left the Housewives franchise for a spell only to return later. Well, in Tamra’s case, she was fired. But last season, she came back with a vengeance, to mixed reactions.
But things changed. Tamra’s allegiances shifted. Now, she and Heather are on the same side again (as far as we know). And Heather was all too happy to tease what fans might expect from Season 18.
Heather says RHOC Season 18 is “a mixed bag” for her
On the most recent episode of her podcast, Heather expressed her excitement. “Season 18 is coming out July 11. That is a Thursday. I want to tell you something. We have never aired on a Thursday before, ever. This is a new night for us – Thursday night. I say this is a promotion. ‘Cause Thursday night is a great night. Must-see TV is what I have to say! Must-see OC!”
She continued, “I have not seen the first episode, but I’ve spoken to people who have seen [it]. And they said it’s fantastic! I will tell you that I think this season, for me, is a mixed bag. There are some really high highs. Not low lows, but like, there’s a lot of frustrations. Not like last year, I’ll tell you that. You’ll have to see.”
Heather further elaborated on why Season 18 would be different. “Last season was so difficult for me with the girls that there was really only one way to go. So, it did get better. And I know many of you have seen [that] Tamra and I are back together again as friends. And I’m very happy about that. Because, you know, historically, we’ve always been friends. I’ve missed her.”
