Are Alexis Bellino and John Janssen the most hated people in America? According to the Real Housewives of Orange County star, they definitely are, and she’s annoyed that Meghan King is kicking them while they’re down.
This all started when Meghan accused John of “love bombing” Alexis. Meghan called herself trying to “warn” Alexis of the potential harm John could bring her down the road. Apparently, Alexis didn’t like that very much, and in a recent episode of Two Ts In A Pod, she took a moment to sound off on her fellow RHOC alum.
Alexis wants everyone to stop talking about John
During the podcast episode, Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp grilled Alexis on her messy relationship with John. He’s catching a lot of shade right now for being the 2024 version of Slade Smiley. Alexis should have expected this. However, she made it very clear to the Two Ts that Meghan’s “love bombing” comment rubbed her the wrong way.
Alexis said, “I just hate giving any of these people that used to be my friends or thought they were my friends that decide they want to do that and do it in the media who are looking for a moment in the spotlight to write John and I’s unbelievably horrible media coverage because we’re the most hated people in America.”
You can read that a hundred times, and it still won’t make much sense. It sounds like she was trying to accuse Meghan of using her and John’s relationship to get attention. Whatever she was trying to say, it’s quite a stretch to say that her relationship with John has made them the most hated people in America. There are a few people who probably have them beat. Either way, Alexis continued sounding off on Meghan.
She added, “If you’re my true friend and you’re worried about somebody love bombing me pick up the f-cking phone and call me or text me because you have my number.”
Clearly, Alexis forgot a very important detail about how this all started. The only reason we even know about the love bombing comment is because earlier this year, Meghan was playing a game on a podcast where they challenged her to read her last text from Alexis. At the time, their last text was her warning Alexis about John’s love bombing. At the time, Meghan said Alexis replied to the text saying, “Thank you for your love and support.”
Alexis makes her return to The Real Housewives of Orange County when Season 18 premieres on Bravo on July 11 at 9/8c.
