It seems like forever ago that Vanderpumps Rules stars Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney decided to go into business together. The ladies wanted to open an upscale sandwich shop called Something About Her. At first, their Pump Rules co-star Lala Kent was supportive. But Lala’s relationship with both Katie and Ariana soured during Season 11 of the show.
Lala shades Something About Her
During an Amazon Live, a fan asked Lala if she was planning on grabbing a sandwich at Something About Her. Lala seemed shocked that the store opened. I mean, it took a while for Katie and Ariana to finally open the doors. They suffered setbacks and permit problems.“Oh my gosh! It’s open!” Lala said. “I love that for them.”
But the expectant mom isn’t running to place an order. “I don’t really go into West Hollywood that much, it’s kind of a trek. I don’t really leave my house that much,” Lala said.
Recently, Lala called out Katie at the VPR reunion because she vented to Lala in private. Katie expressed concerns about opening Something About Her and Ariana’s busy schedule. Still, Katie refused to bring it up on camera, resulting in a fractured friendship between Lala and the sandwich shop owners.
When the clip of Lala shading the sandwich shop was posted by a Bravo fan account, Katie responded. “I mean.. Jess for sure watched my [Instagram] stories so she knew. Guess they don’t talk that much,” Katie wrote in the comments. Jess is Lala’s employee and friend.
The feud between the trio has no end in sight, so Lala will have to miss out on the delicious-sounding sammies. If I lived in the same state, I would be making that trek.
