Caroline Stanbury needed a little pick-me-up. 2023 was the year for the Real Housewives of Dubai star to perfect her appearance. The Bravolebrity got a facelift in November 2023 and first admitted to using Ozempic two months prior.
Talk about a sophomore season makeover. As RHODubai is ready to debut Season 2 on June 2, it will be interesting to see the British expat again on camera. What’s her look going to be?
Caroline doesn’t want anyone to “feel guilty” about using Ozempic
Caroline spoke about using Ozempic for “close to three” months during her Uncut and Uncensored podcast.
“I’ve met so many 40-year-old women going, ‘How have you done it?’ And I don’t want to lie to you,” the reality TV star stated.
According to Caroline’s comments in a September 2023 episode, the professional influencer “blew up” after going through in vitro fertilization. It was then that she decided to take Ozempic to get back to her original weight.
Now, with visible results, Caroline can say it was the “best tool” for her “midlife crisis” weight loss.
“What did Kate Moss say? ‘Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.’ There’s something to be said for that,” she added.
Her husband, Sergio Carrallo, also appeared on the podcast. He was “dead against” his wife’s decision, and spoke briefly about their effective fasting regime instead.
Even back in September, he was “completely against it.” Caroline said at the time, “I did it to lose weight from a treatment I had to do that wasn’t natural for my body to get me to exactly where I was before.”
She then shared her hope that people not be shamed for the choices they make about their bodies.
“I don’t think anyone should be shamed for that. I don’t think anyone should feel guilty for that. This is a way to get your life back,” Caroline concluded.
Catch The Real Housewives of Dubai Sunday, June 2, at 9/8c on Bravo.
