Vanderpump Rules star Katie Maloney made no secret of her feelings about Jo Wenberg. When Jo started hanging around Katie’s ex-husband, Tom Schwartz, she wasn’t pleased. Katie referred to Jo as “a psycho” with energy “on par with a crack head.” Yikes! And now Schwartz’s bestie Tom Sandoval is giving us his opinion on Katie’s behavior.
However, Katie’s thoughts about Jo changed after she watched Season 11 of Pump Rules. It was clear that Schwartz was leading Jo on. Behind closed doors, they obviously had a relationship. Meanwhile, Schwartz told the VPR cast that Jo was just a friend. “I think I told him it was a bit of a F-Boy behavior,” Katie stated.
Sandoval thinks Katie’s behavior is “evil”
During the Vanderpump Rules After Show, Sandoval slammed Katie. “I think Katie’s level of anger is rarely ever on par with the action,” Sandoval stated. “She, like, openly talks about how she enjoys watching people suffer and stuff. That is the very definition of evil.”
Schwartz admitted that Katie “will pray on people’s downfalls.” Great way to maintain that friendship with your ex, Schwartzy! “She’s probably one of the more vindictive people I have ever met in my life. For sure,” he added. Oof.
“If Schwartz moves on to anybody and she can have some sort an issue, whether it’s a friend of a friend, or whoever, she’s going to use that as leverage,” Sandoval said. “Because she doesn’t want to see Schwartz with anybody.” Schwartz did chime in and point out that Katie disliked Jo before he ever had a sexual relationship with her.
But Katie hit back at Sandoval’s claim. She stated that she didn’t like Jo because of the way she broke off her friendship with Kristen Doute. Katie claimed that Jo ghosted Kristen in 2022 when she began staying at Schwartz’s apartment.
According to Schwartz, he ended his friendship with Jo. “And then some things happened which I’m not talking about publicly but they’re very valid reasons as to why I pulled away and had to distance myself,” Schwartz explained.
