Grab your popcorn and a can of Loverboy because the Summer House Season 8 reunion is right around the corner. Bravo just dropped a first look at the highly-anticipated sitdown, and everyone seemed to be activated. Well, mostly everyone.
A sneak peek at the Summer House Season 8 reunion
Obviously, the main thing we’re all looking forward to from this reunion is the face-off between Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard. After their relationship imploded on the show, they have a lot to discuss. Of course, Andy Cohen wasted no time diving into it. The trailer started with Andy asking the cast, “By a show of hands, who here thinks Carl was afraid of Lindsay?”
Literally, every single person on the stage raised their hand, including Carl and Lindsay. Even Andy raised his hand. That’s just sad, but what’s even sadder is how that’s the most lighthearted moment we see from those two in the entire trailer. The rest of the time, they’re locking horns over their contentious breakup, and the questionable timeline that surrounded it.
The other couple we have our eyes on in this reunion are Ciara Miller and West Wilson. Should we even call them a couple? Everyone wants them to work out so badly, and it looks like we might get some answers in this reunion. Hopefully, we get the update we’re all hoping to hear, but based on the trailer, that doesn’t seem too promising. You see West confessing to the group that he had a hard time navigating his newfound Bravolebrity status.
Outside of all of the broken romantic relationships, some friendships need salvaging too. In particular, Danielle Olivera and Paige DeSorbo had a lot to discuss at the reunion. The trailer showed them facing off, all while dressed like Grecian goddesses.
“Your confessionals, you think they’re like, super funny,” Danielle said to Paige, who quickly replied, “They are hilarious.”
“They are damaging,” Danielle argued.
Yikes. Summer should be fun, but there’s not a lot of fun happening in this reunion. We’ll see how it all shakes out, but it would be surprising to see this exact group return for another season.
