Season 13 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills highlighted the cracks in Dorit Kemsley and PK Kemsley’s marriage. Dorit was candid about suffering from PTSD after that horrific armed home invasion. She felt that her husband didn’t understand her anxiety, and they even saw a counselor together. Unfortunately, PK’s business kept him away from home for long periods of time, which also negatively impacted their marriage.
After denying claims that their marriage was tanking, the couple confirmed their separation in May 2024. In their statement, they said that they were focusing on their two children. This was surprising, even though Erika Jayne warned us all at BravoCon 2022. She predicted that PK and Dorit would be the next couple to call it quits.
Were Dorit and PK hiding their marital problems?
Teddi Mellencamp chatted with Jeff Lewis on her podcast, Two Ts In A Pod. And she wanted all the dirty details about Dorit’s separation. “What are your thoughts on Dorit and PK?” she asked.
“Well, I had known that they were living apart long, long, long before,” Jeff began. “Long before Erika [Jayne] said that at BravoCon?” Teddi commented.
Now, to be clear, Jeff didn’t give us an exact timeline of events. “Long before. I have a mutual friend of PK’s,” he explained. “I knew long before that he was living in a hotel. And you know it’s been going on for a long time.”
It is a safe bet that Dorit’s marital issues will take center stage for Season 14 of RHOBH. There were rumors that Dorit was in danger of losing her diamond, but her juicy separation from PK may have saved it. Maybe they will provide some clarity about exactly what broke apart their union. Of course, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s separation will probably be covered, too, if Kyle spills any tea for the viewers.
