One thing about the Vanderpump Rules crew is that they never stray too far from the friend group. Essentially, everyone in that friend circle has hooked up with each other, and that just seems to be acceptable. Apparently, this tradition has now extended to its spinoff The Valley because we just learned that Scheana Shay and Jason Caperna had a past fling.
Janet Caperna nonchalantly dropped that nugget of info during the Vanderpump Rules After Show. Conveniently, this was right after the episode where Tom Sandoval called Scheana “the other woman.” It’s all quite a tangled web, and somehow, it always comes back to Scheana.
Scheana and Jason’s surprising past
During the VPR After Show, the cast of The Valley were discussing the drama surrounding James Kennedy’s dog, which got them talking about exes and the proper etiquette to follow when entering a new relationship. Janet said that she and her husband stay close with their exes, and then dropped the surprising info about his past with the Good as Gold songstress.
“Jason and I are friendly with our exes,” Janet explained, before adding, “he’s hooked up with Scheana before.”
Although Janet revealed that information like it was nothing, it got an audible reaction from everyone else in the room. Even the producer seemed dumbfounded by the information, and nothing gets past them.
Unfortunately, Janet didn’t divulge any juicy details about Jason and Scheana’s past hookup. She left us hanging with so many lingering questions. For example, when and why did this happen? It’s like she somehow managed to open a can of worms and then close it back up in the same breath.
