Alex Tyree is Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard’s biggest pot-stirrer so far. After Summer Marie Thomas exposed their sexual relationship to the rest of their cast mates during their first night back, Alex has been in the hot seat ever since.
During his chat with BOSSIP, Alex said that despite the edit, he wasn’t looking for drama this year; it just happened to find him. “This year, I was just trying to be on the search to meet the Obamas, and somehow, of course, I’m in the middle of the drama,” he said. “I had a feeling something was going to come up because there was previous history. But, did I know it was going [to] be so crazy? Nah.”
Alex isn’t here for Summer and his cast mates calling him a “f*ck boy…”
If you’ve been keeping up with SHMV Season 2, then you know Alex and Summer’s relationship has been the talk of the island. Literally. And although he hasn’t shared much besides finding Summer’s actions, like sending a random photo of him to Jordan Emanuel, to be a “red flag,” he doesn’t believe that qualifies him to be a “f*ck boy” — regardless of what some of the girls may say.
“That part was really uncomfortable,” Alex said. “No, I never claimed that. But, you know, everyone has their own story. And, so, I feel like if that is her truth [then] that’s okay. But, for me, it was like, ‘Okay, it’s out there.'”
However, Summer is likely not the only one who has negative feelings toward Alex. Martha’s newest resident, Noelle Hughley, also shared feelings for him, and after he politely turned her down, the AKA sorority member said she felt super “embarrassed.”
Despite that, though, Alex said there’s much more to come regarding his relationships with Summer and Noelle.
“Being the only single guy in the house, you’re going [to] see the troubles,” he said. “… when it comes to Summer and Noelle, there’s way more [that] you’ll see.”
