Celebrities, they’re just like us! Even they have their theories about Kyle Richards and Morgan Wade. That includes Rihanna.
In case you missed it, the billionaire songstress graced the cover of Interview Magazine’s Spring 2024 cover. She talked about a lot in her interview, but naturally, we’re most concerned about her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills hot takes.
RiRi has been a vocal fan of the Bravo universe for years, so of course, she had a strong opinion on Kyle’s separation from Mauricio Umansky and her budding friendship with Morgan. She thinks it’s pretty obvious that something romantic is happening there.
Rihanna has spoken
When asked for her thoughts on Kyle and Morgan’s suspected romance, Rihanna answered, “I mean, duh.” “Listen, I love Kyle. It’s weird commenting on her relationship because I don’t know the facts,” she continued. “I just feel like she was able to re-observe her marriage through a new lens.”
Obviously, issues were stewing between Maurcio and Kyle before Morgan came into the picture. That’s bound to happen after 27 years. Rihanna theorized that Kyle fell for Morgan because she fulfilled all of the needs that Mauricio wasn’t.
“For once, someone else made her feel valued, made her feel like she was cute and quirky and fun and all the great things that maybe were taken for granted before,” Rihanna explained.
She continued, “And that’s why I believe that there’s something with Morgan, because sometimes, it takes that for you to fight for what you deserve.
Despite the matching tattoos, the kissy music video, and the multiple instances of PDA, Kyle has denied that there’s anything romantic between her and Morgan. She blamed the media for pushing the narrative. In Season 14, is she going to point her finger at Rihanna for pushing the narrative?
Meanwhile, Mauricio expressed that he felt hesitant to even address the relationship between Morgan and Kyle. On Buying Beverly Hills, he said that questioning Kyle about her friendship with Morgan could put “pressure” on his estranged wife.
“They definitely have some sort of a connection together; there’s no question about that,” Mauricio noted on the show.
Ultimately, Mauricio concluded that if it’s working for Kyle, then he’s “good” with it. The relationship also has Rihanna’s stamp of approval. So, whatever’s happening with Kyle and Morgan, she has a world of support.
