Even though John Janssen has yet to put a ring on it, Alexis Bellino is already mentally planning her wedding.
Ever since they first met just a few months ago, the Real Housewives of Orange County star has made no secret of her hopes to make an honest man of Shannon Beador’s ex. Could a wedding be on the horizon?
Alexis sure wants us to think so. She probably already has Bride magazines all over her house, multi-colored sticky notes marking relevant pages.
On the wedding fast track
On March 29, John and Alexis attended a wedding together, and she shared some photos of the day on her Instagram.
“On our way to the wedding,” she captioned a snap of the couple together in the car. “Stay tuned for pics.”
Two hours later, the mom of three posted a video of her and John at the wedding. She seemed to have been inspired by the event because her foot was on the relationship gas pedal.
“Yup, it’s a video! Here we are at a reception,” she said, sitting with John among the other wedding guests. “Guess what? The next wedding reception might be ours.” Whoa! Didn’t they just meet at the Quiet Woman Restaurant in November 2023? They haven’t even been dating for six months.
Later that night, Alexis shared one more photo of her and John’s wedding fashion. The RHOC alum wore a textured beige knee-length dress with long sleeves and a mock turtleneck. She accessorized with matching high-heeled sandals, large hoop earrings, and her hair in a high bun.
John went for a monotonal look with a black blazer, tee shirt, and slim black pants. He also accessorized with a silver bracelet and a cross pendant.
Alexis captioned the photo of the cozy couple, “When you have a dream, you have to grab it and never let it go.” She ended her post with three heart emojis.
“No turning back”
This isn’t the first time Alexis has teased the possibility of a wedding happening sooner rather than later. Last month, she posted a video joking that she and “Johnny” would get married “before Gretchen [Rossi] and Slade [Smiley].” OC alums Gretchen and Slade have been together for 15 years and engaged for 11. They also have a daughter together.
In another Instagram post, Alexis shared a carousel of photos of the happy couple, with the caption, “I wasn’t looking for you. But you appeared. There’s no turning back. You give me everything that I never knew I wanted or needed. Because you are just you.”
John also addressed their relationship at DIRECTV’s Streaming with the Stars party in Beverly Hills on March 10. “I cannot picture my life without her,” he told Page Six at the time.
When the interviewer asked if they’d “graduate from a promise ring to the real thing,” Alexis had a ready response. “I think, probably,” she said with a laugh.
