Kim Zolciak and her estranged-while-still-living-together husband, Kroy Biermann, have accumulated a mountain of debt that isn’t going away any time soon. Kim recently attempted to make some money moves, like selling off her and Kroy’s designer stuff on Instagram. She also sold her skincare line, Kashmere Kollections.
Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy are far behind her. She did film for Season 8 of The Surreal Life, but there’s been no word on a premiere date. Aside from that, her most recent time on camera has been with Milton, GA police on their body cams during several disputes with Kroy amid their ongoing divorce.
Apparently, Kim’s newest crack at making some money is a return to something she knows well: reality TV. She’s reportedly been working on a new unscripted show.
Kim’s “in the early stages of developing a new reality show”
Kim’s planning her reality TV comeback, according to sources who spoke to Page Six.
“Kim is in the early stages of developing a new reality show. She’s in talks with several networks and streamers. At this point, it’s unclear where the show will land or what it will even be about,” one insider shared.
Another source revealed that “creative is still being ironed out,” but Kim is “excited to see what happens.”
According to a third source, the project is tentatively called “To Hell and Back,” which could signal that the premise of the show revolves around the struggles of her divorce and dire financial straits.
Reality Tea has reached out to Kim for comment.
A LOT has happened in Kim’s life since she and Kroy decided to divorce in May 2023. Most of it has been unfortunate and disturbing, especially because they have four minor children who have had a front-row seat to all of it.
The heaviness of a broken family that’s close to losing their home and everything in it might not appeal to many reality TV fans. May I suggest something lighter that aligns with Kim’s interests? Something like “Casino Confidential” has a nice ring to it.
You can stream RHOA and Don’t Be Tardy on Peacock. Season 8 of The Surreal Life is expected to premiere sometime later this year.
