Ever since people found out that Tom Sandoval shagged Rachel Leviss over a year ago, the Vanderpump Rules crew hasn’t been the same.
Once the news of his salacious, seven-month affair broke the internet, many of Tom’s co-stars lit him up online. Lala Kent and Scheana Shay dragged him. Ariana Madix continued to put boundaries in place to protect her from being hurt by him again.
But as the newest season of Pump Rules continues to play out, watchers have seen Lala and Scheana begin to have a change of heart. On the other hand, Katie Maloney hasn’t waivered, causing her to bump heads with her cast mates — specifically Lala. Keep reading to find out why.
Katie only wants positive energy around her during this time in her life…
During a chat with Nick Viall on The Viall Files, Katie discussed why she’s not interested in hanging out with her group of friends on camera. “What group? They don’t even f–king hang out,” she said.
Katie continued, explaining that she loves her life and only wants positive energy around her. “I think this new chapter in life and this transition that I’ve made to really design my life and invite new people into my life and embrace friendships that I’ve been really excited and happy to have and feel like I’m really grateful for in my life.”
The Pump Rules OG explained that as she continues her “healing journey,” she’s reached an “agreement with myself with the standard of people I want to have in my life.”
“And if this character doesn’t meet the criteria, I’m just gonna not have that. And yeah, build up boundaries.”
We’ll hear more about Katie’s beef with Lala during the upcoming Season 11 reunion. Although she told Andy Cohen she was unsure what their problem was, Lala hinted at personality clashes. “I’m sure if I go back to being real miserable, we’ll get real thick again,” she said on Instagram.
