More bad news for the Zolciak-Biermann family, but this time, it’s Brielle Biermann’s problem rather than Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s, as she might be about to have her Land Rover seized. Don’t ignore lawsuits, kids!
As many Bravo fans know, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy stars have gone through it over the last 10 months or so. Kim and Kroy have been in the throes of a nasty divorce. The IRS hit the two with over a million dollar debt in back taxes. Since then, the two have been trying to gather their assets, all the while being hit with more debt and lawsuits.
At least things seem to be going well for Brielle. She did just get engaged to baseball player Billy Seidl. It was a much-needed moment of levity for Brielle and everyone around her. Unfortunately, it was no more than a moment. Now, Brielle is back to reality.
Are Kim’s financial woes sinking her daughter Brielle?
On March 15, RadarOnline published findings from court documents regarding Brielle’s car. Reportedly, a Georgia judge signed off on a Turnover Order from Ally Bank. The order would allow a local sheriff to take possession of Brielle’s 2019 Land Rover.
The order came in response to a lawsuit from December 2023. Ally sued Kim and Brielle for defaulting on their retail installment sale agreement. Or, as the suit put it: “Defendants have defaulted on their obligations under the Contract.”
The suit continued, “As of May 31, 2023, Defendants are indebted to Ally in the sum of $83,969.35. on the Contract.” It further reported that Brielle had agreed to pay $1,903 a month. Due to the default, the bank was entitled to seize the car.
Ally filed paperwork with the bank in mid-January this year. However, Kim and Brielle never filed a response and, according to RadarOnline, still have yet to do so. Here’s hoping that Brielle might one day be in a better position than her parents.
