Andy Cohen Dips Into Mauricio Umansky and Hilton Drama: ‘His Story to Tell’

Get ready, y’all! Andy Cohen said they got into the mess tonight on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills regarding Kathy HiltonKyle Richards, and Mauricio Umansky’s rocky relationship.

The Bravo anchor said on his radio show, Andy Cohen Live, that he saw the Netflix teaser for Buying Beverly Hills, which showed Mauricio explaining why he left Hilton and Hyland years ago to start his own company, The Agency.

“I think I got kind of f*cked by Hilton and Hyland,” Mauricio said on camera. “And when I say f*cked, you know, like today, I’m happy. But, there were 100 agents at Hilton and Hyland. They did $1 billion for the first time a year. I was 19.6 percent of their production.”

Kyle and Kathy address Mo’s decision to leave Hilton & Hyland on the RHOBH reunion

Later in the Netflix teaser, Mo explained that after speaking with his wife, Kyle, he decided to branch out to build his own legacy. “I think Hilton and Hyland is an amazing company, and I would never be caught dead speaking poorly about them because I don’t think poorly about them … But unfortunately, it got sour because it really affected the family, Kyle, more than anybody. You know, her family stopped speaking to her.”

During his radio show, Andy said that part three of the RHOBH reunion will explore this topic from Kyle and Kathy’s perspectives. “I would like to say that we address this tonight,” he said. “We get Kathy and Kyle’s side of the story tonight on the Beverly Hills reunion.”

After the post began circulating online, many fans wondered why Bravo never explored this storyline further on the Real Housewives. However, according to Andy, Kyle only wanted to take things so far.

“I think that in the case of this Hilton and Hyland stuff, I can’t speak for Kyle on any level, but my gut is that there was probably so far she wanted to go on her show because she didn’t want to further complicate an already complicated relationship with her sister.”

Shortly after Netflix posted the Buying Beverly Hills sneak peek, Paris Hilton jumped into the chat to drag her uncle and his “lame show” in the process, saying her father is an upstanding gentleman who would never bash his family in the press.

“Frankly, we are all sick of him using the Hilton name every chance he gets to plug his lame show. It is enough already.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 concludes Wednesday, March 13 at 8/7c.
