Erika Jayne was floating through the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 reunion. At least, she was in Part 1. The Ice Queen was just happy to not be in the hot seat for once, even if she did weasel her way out of it. However, Erika did find herself in the middle — literally — of the drama between Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley. It wasn’t an easy place to be.
Kyle went into the RHOBH reunion seemingly ready to put a pause on her friendship with Dorit. Kyle’s ominous text, the downplaying of the friendship, and the palatable tension were tell-tale signs of trouble in paradise. Despite the rocky status of Kyle and Dorit, Erika has high hopes that the two can repair their relationship.
Erika is betting on a reunion
Erika spoke about her outlook on Kyle and Dorit’s future friendship in an interview with E! Online. Despite the back and forth during the reunion, Erika doesn’t think it was the final nail in the coffin. ”Anything can be repaired provided two people want to do so,” she said.
Erika added that she believes Kyle and Dorit both have to agree to not bring up the past and work toward moving forward for any relationship to be repaired. “It is possible to move on but it’s got to be two people who genuinely want to do so,” she added.
Erika seems to have a positive outlook these days now that she isn’t the center of RHOBH attention. However, only time will tell if Kyle and Dorit’s friendship meant enough for them to want to repair.
