Love Is Blind star Trevor Sova recently spoke about his connection with Chelsea Blackwell in Season 6 and said she made the perfect choice between him and his buddy, Jimmy Presnell.
“I don’t think she made the wrong choice at the time,” Trevor told Us Weekly. “And honestly, I’m good friends with Jimmy. So when I was at that party, I didn’t want to step on anybody’s toes.”
His revelation comes after Netflix released a new batch of episodes on February 28. During them, viewers watched Trevor reconnect with Chelsea outside the pods. They discussed their dates, connection with each other, and if things would’ve been different had Trevor been the first to propose. “I was fairly confident going in, so I was definitely shocked when the first words out of Chelsea’s mouth, I could tell that Jimmy already proposed to her. I was not ready for that at all.”

During Trevor and Chelsea’s chat, Chelsea expressed her regret for hurting Trevor when she broke things off in the pods. Furthermore, she told the 31-year-old that he had her heart until her last date with Jimmy. “I had my last date with Jimmy the night before proposal day [and] I got the clarification I needed from Jimmy that really, really set the tone for what I was looking for,” she said.
“I was looking for Jimmy to commit and to give me the answers I needed.”
In a previous interview, Jimmy spoke about his engagement with Chelsea and whether she would’ve said yes to Trevor had he been the first to pop the question.
“No chance she would’ve said yes to him,” he explained. “… the conversations I was having with her, she was totally locked in with me. … I love Trevor to death, but [if] he went in there first, it wouldn’t have changed anything.”
