The Real Housewives of Dubai’s own Chanel Ayan must’ve forgotten — don’t come for Phaedra Parks.
The two Bravo stars have not seen eye-to-eye since that shady BravoCon moment in 2022 when Andy Cohen asked the supermodel from Dubai to point out the worst-dressed Bravoleb on the stage. After some contemplation, she said, “I would pick … Phaedra.”
The classy attorney, who has been eating her detractors up on Peacock’s The Traitors, replied with the sharp tongue she’s known for, saying, “Well, I own most of my clothes.” After the crowd simmered down from her shady quip, Chanel fired back, detailing her dress and explaining how she gets paid to wear top fashions as a model. “So, I’m here working and making money, bitch,” she said. But Phae settled it all, finishing with, “Well, you should’ve told them to leave that Quinceañera dress for a teenager.”
Chanel comes for Phaedra again
After the Married to Medicine Season 10 reunion looks dropped, fans noticed Phaedra take the stage in a rose-themed dress similar to one Chanel wore months prior. Now, it’s not uncommon for Bravolebs to have a “bitch stole my look” moment, but whew, what are the odds this would happen?
In a post to X, formerly Twitter, Chanel slammed the Bravo vet for being “inspired” by her look. “Wow! Looks very “quinceañera” I love that your were inspired,” she wrote. “They say, [imitation] is the highest form of flattery… You look fabulous.”
Her shade didn’t last long on the internet, though. Phaedra responded under The Shade Room’s comments on Instagram. She wrote, “[Chanel], please have several seats and make sure one is in the front of an English 101 class.”
I know, I know. Chanel speaks four languages, and she’s a globetrotter, so Phae coming for her English when it’s not her native language is, well, shady. But it’s Phaedra we’re talking about. What did you expect?
Real Housewives of Miami star Guerdy Abraira commented that Chanel “ATEEEEE,” while Real Housewives of New York City’s Ubah Hassan pointed out the problematic comment. “Haha! Imagine thinking imperfect English is an insult!” she wrote.
