Everybody gather ‘round, it looks like the Real Housewives of Atlanta ensemble shake-up is happening. With the exit of Kandi Burruss comes the return of an old friend. Allegedly.
Don’t hold your breath for a NeNe Leakes comeback, but you just might get her “little sister.” The streets are buzzing because RHOA is back in the conversation and it’s probably time to bid farewell to the current cast as we know it. Kandi is out, Kenya Moore is lingering and according to sources, things went so far left Bravo was forced to … CALL PORSHA.
Who said that?
“Sources” have advised The Neighborhood Talk that Porsha Williams is “locked in” for Season 16. This will be her big return after departing in Season 13 amid her engagement to Simon Guobadia.
In an Instagram post, TNHT shared a pic of Porsha and Kenya. The caption read, “Neighbors, it’s been a lot of chatter about which ladies will be returning for season 16 of Bravo’s ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta.’ Well, we can confirm that two OG’s will be a part of the cast!”
They went on to add insiders confirmed Porsha has a peach and Kenya will keep hers. “We spoke exclusively with close sources to the peaches who confirmed that Porsha Williams and Kenya Moore are locked in for season 16. Now we haven’t seen Porsha since she left the franchise after season 13, shortly after she announced that she was engaged to her now husband Simon Guobadia.”
And let’s not forget, when Pilar’s mom left, she was in the middle of some mess. The post continued, “Many viewers felt that Porsha was running from the smoke after many speculated she had ‘stolen’ Simon from her former acquaintance Falynn. So it’ll be interesting to see Porsha’s new family dynamic play out on camera with the other ladies.”
Obviously, now that Kandi is out, Phaedra Parks could creep back in. As we all know Bravo loves to reward poor behavior. “Kandi Burruss revealed that she wouldn’t be returning to the franchise for season 16. Perhaps the ‘door could be open’ for Phaedra too? Who knows. But Neighbors, are y’all here for Porsha and Kenya,” the post concluded.
So what do you think? Porsha has yet to confirm but keep an eye on her socials if you’re waiting for an announcement.
