I said it once, and I’ll say it again: nothing about Kory Keefer would have made me think, “Hey, this dude will be a stand-up boyfriend.” Sadly, Sam Feher didn’t have that same thought and is now dealing with a breakup. Fans first met Kory in the last season of Summer House. In Season 7, he fit right in with the other party animals. Kory has attracted multiple women to him, including Sam and Jessica Stocker. However, neither seemed to be able to tame the wild beast.
Kory is being made out to be this attractive man when, in all reality, he reminds me of a 90s backup dancer. There have been snippets of Kory’s true personality, like how he didn’t talk to Craig Conover for three years and the fact that Naomie Olindo, Craig’s ex, didn’t like him because she witnessed him being rude to the wait staff.
However, Kory isn’t in the starting lineup for the upcoming Summer House season. He hasn’t even been teased as a ‘friend of,’ which is how Sam will show up in Season 8. It seems that fans’ dreams of Kory Keefer not returning to Summer House have come true. So Kory, take your candy necklace and odorous personality and jog on ’cause most of us are thrilled you won’t be gracing our screens as a full-time cast member.
Kory May Be a Scrub
In the wise words of TLC, “A scrub is a guy that thinks he’s fly. And is also known as a busta,” and we don’t want no scrubs when it comes to dating. Sam ended their relationship after getting to know one another for a year. The move made sense after watching Kory act out on Winter House. While speaking about her experience on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Sam revealed she was not thrilled with how he spoke about her in his confessionals, and that is putting it lightly cause he was a jerk!
The New Jersey native mimicked Kory for saying, “No guy wants to be in a relationship. Every guy is going to let it ride until she forces it. But I don’t want to lose her, so I guess I’ll be in a relationship.” The newest season of Winter House showed Kory flirting heavily with Malia White. Even though they denied it, viewers could see that you don’t jump up onto a man to rip pizza out of his mouth with your mouth. Like, Malia, why are you so thirsty?
Kory Needs a Fu*k Boy Exorcism, Not Austen
Kory couldn’t help himself as he tried to act cool in front of the cameras noting he had to “sh*t or get off the pot.” What I love so much about Sam is she isn’t afraid to call him out. That is exactly what she did as she shared, “you left my bed, said that about me, and then came back to my bed. I would never say that about someone I cared about.”
It was gross to hear yet another Bravo male personality talk so poorly about their female counterpart. Just be an adult, and instead of pussyfooting around the subject, say you didn’t want a serious relationship. Honestly, my greatest hope for the 2024 Bravo season is that Sam and the other women collectively stop giving mediocre men like Kory their all when they give next to nothing. So in Kory’s own words, “Guess we’re shitting.”
Kory Used Sam
I can’t help but wonder if Kory used Sam for air time. A huge reason why I’m thrilled he won’t be gracing our screens for another season is because he was boring. The last thing I want to watch is a Kappa-Chi frat brother of Craig’s muddy the pristine waters of Montauk. I haven’t forgotten that Kory has been trying to get onto reality TV for ten years after being rejected from the Southern Charm casting process.
Kory is just not memorable, and let’s put it this way: his appearance on Winter House didn’t get him an invite to Watch What Happens Live or the clubhouse. After first appearing in Summer House as Craig’s plus one, Kory latched on to a full-time member, Sam, and used their faux relationship to make himself more interesting. The proof is in the pudding as he appeared in the audience on WHHL to support Sam, but again, I think he just wanted more face time. Good riddance to such a user.
